Lean Daily Management Systems

Join us for a virtual, interactive 4-hour session about Lean Daily Management Systems: This workshop includes: how to establish a system of routines to sustain operational excellence and accountability. This includes the  three pillars of LDM: Visual Controls, Leader Standard Work and Daily Accountability. We'll define management’s role in a Daily Management System and provide attendees with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to lead local level improvement activity. With a focus on developing Management Standard Work that will reinforce continuous improvement everyday,  we'll discuss the importance of daily tracking boards used to show status, bring awareness to problems, and summon problem-solving activity.  These include: staffing boards, participation boards, production activity boards, production status boards, SQDC boards, Strategy Boards and Idea Boards. Finally, the instructor will introduce the 7 QC Tools for collecting and analyzing data.
