Get started with the basics of Lean, perfect for beginners.
Meets virtually on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time and the next four consecutive Thursday mornings through December 11, 2025 (not including Thanksgiving of course on Thursday, November 27).
The Lean Fundamentals course equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to actively contribute to team projects that improve workplace efficiency and address small daily challenges using scientific problem-solving methods.
Through engaging instruction and hands-on activities, participants will gain foundational competencies, including:

This course serves as a prerequisite to GBMP's Lean Practitioner level, providing a solid foundation in Lean methodologies for beginners.
