Managing Change in the Workplace

GBMP's new Managing Change in the Workplace course provides participants with a structured approach to use when managing change in their workplace. Attendees will explore different reactions to change, analyze key influencing factors, and understand their role as managers in guiding the change process. By the end of the two four-hour virtual sessions, held one week apart, participants will have the knowledge and skills to develop a personally tailored action plan for real-world application in their work environment.
