BUILD EXCELLENCE demonstrates the integrated execution of the systems that drive behavior toward the ideal as informed by the principles in the Shingo Model™. The workshop helps students to develop their own structured approach to execute a cultural transformation, building upon a foundation of principles and using tools that already exist within many organizations. Students will learn how to build systems that drive behavior that will consistently deliver desired results.

In the Build Excellence workshop, students will:

• Design or create a system, guided by the Shingo Model, that changes behaviors to close gaps and drives results closer to organizational goals and purpose.
• Answer the question: "How do I get everyone on board?"
• Understand the relationship between behaviors, systems, principles, and how they drive results. 
• Learn how KBIs drive KPIs, and how this leads to excellent results.

*Please note: The Shingo Institute recommends taking the Build Excellence workshop only once a student has completed the other five Shingo Model workshops. 

Virtual courses meet from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. In Person classes meet from 8 AM to 5 PM in the host site's time zone.
