This two-day workshop begins by teaching students how to clearly define value through the eyes of your customers, continuing the discussion from the previous workshops about ideal behaviors, fundamental purpose, and behavioral benchmarks and deepening your understanding of the relationship between behaviors, systems and principles, and how they drive desirable outcomes.

*Please note: The DISCOVER EXCELLENCE & SYSTEMS DESIGN workshops are prerequisites for all of the other Shingo Workshops. Once you have taken these two,  you can take Cultural Enablers, Continuous Improvement & Enterprise Alignment in any order, finishing with final workshop, Build Excellence. 

Virtual courses meet from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. In Person classes meet from 8 AM to 5 PM in the host site's time zone.
