Shingo Institute Workshop: CULTURAL ENABLERS

This two-day workshop integrates the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* & SYSTEMS DESIGN workshops, taking students deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Cultural Enablers dimension:

• Lead with Humility

These principles make it possible for people in an organization to engage in the transformation journey, progress in their understanding, and ultimately build a culture of organizational excellence. Organizational excellence cannot be achieved through top-down directives or piecemeal implementation of tools. It requires a widespread organizational commitment. The CULTURAL ENABLERS workshop will help you define ideal behaviors and the systems that drive them using behavioral benchmarks.

*Please note: The DISCOVER EXCELLENCE & SYSTEMS DESIGN workshops are prerequisites for all of the other Shingo Workshops. Once you have taken these two,  you can take Cultural Enablers, Continuous Improvement & Enterprise Alignment in any order, finishing with final workshop, Build Excellence. 

Virtual courses meet from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time unless otherwise noted. In Person classes meet from 8 AM to 5 PM in the host site's time zone.
