The Respect for People Roadmap is a transformational learning experience that takes the guesswork out of employee engagement.
Inspired by the Toyota Way management philosophy, the Respect for People Roadmap enhances the way employees work together to build and sustain a collaborative and positive work place culture. Every element of the Roadmap's instructional design was created to support systemic behavior change. To encourage participation, learning is as easy to access and digest as possible. Online content combined with bi-monthly face-to-face engagement creates a flexible and dynamic participant experience essential for the development and adoption of interpersonal skills. Asynchronous learning combined with hands-on group instruction allow for personalized pacing and real-time collaboration, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and practical application of these skills.
Comprised of six 90-minute virtual meetings every three weeks beginning on the following dates:
