This fast-paced and fun game demonstrates the incredible power of managing visually as two teams race to gather key information using traditional versus visual management methods.

The game can be used to demonstrate the power of managing visually by comparing the ability of two teams to gather key information. The exercise will show participants and observers that the team that has quick and easy access to vital information will have a more accurate, up-to-date understanding of how a process or work group is performing, as well as what its challenges are. The team with the visually managed work area will spend less time searching out answers and will be more confident in the quality of the answers they gather, unlike the team using traditional “search for answers” methods.
