Train The Trainer: Teaching Continuous Improvement... Effectively

Learn to identify training needs, develop plans and materials that respond to the needs of your workforce, and how to implement and measure the effectiveness of your training programs.

During the workshop, future trainers will learn how to plan and conduct training that is targeted to encourage and accelerate improvement thinking and problem solving skills. Attendees will be introduced to methods for documenting and quantifying training programs and processes, such as cross training matrices and course evaluation forms.
