This two-day workshop builds upon the knowledge and experience gained in the DISCOVER EXCELLENCE* workshop. It takes you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Enterprise Alignment dimension:

Virtual & Hybrid courses meet from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern unless otherwise noted. In Person classes meet from 8 AM to 5 PM in the host site's time zone.
