Meets on Zoom on October 20, 2021, from 8 AM to Noon Eastern Time
In this virtual 4-hour session students will be introduced to the Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata patterns. The course will cover what is Kata means. Students will learn about the different Starter Kata tools for both the Leaner and the Coach. As a way to learn the Improvement Kata pattern virtually, students will practice using a virtual puzzle, a virtual Kata Story Board, and a virtual PDCA Cycles Record along with other virtual documents. Students will be sent to Virtual Breakout Rooms to practice as teams and come back together to share their learnings and conduct virtual Coaching sessions. After this session, the students will have enough knowledge to begin practicing Kata at their place of work. Come join us for this interactive session with Lean peers.
