The GBMP Training Within Industry course is designed to introduce the concepts and principles of TWI and creating standardized training (JI) within your organization. Many companies use Job Instruction Training including Toyota, as a standardized method for training new hires, as well as cross-training the current workforce.
We will introduce the concepts and principles of creating a good job breakdown sheet (JBS) as part of JI. Learn to train supervisors in how to improve the way jobs are performed in order to consistently produce greater quantities of quality products in less time using available manpower, machines and materials.
This course is appropriate for all levels and disciplines within the organization. It is especially relevant for employees who are responsible for training new hires and cross- training current employees. It is also appropriate for companies who use temporary employees.
