Overview: This 4-hour workshop will describe PDCA, 5Why, the Six-Step Problem Solving Process, and CEDAC as means to document, measure, quantify, and break down problems in order to solve them. Participants will gain hands-on experience. The class provides an excellent foundation for organizations just starting to explore the role of problem-solving in their lean journey and provides many valuable tips and ideas for organizations that may be further along in their problem-solving maturity.
