The GBMP Job Methods Training is a 4-hour program designed to introduce the concepts and principles of creating a standardized training method improvement process within organizations. JMT is used by many companies, including Toyota as a standardized method of improving processes through a leader’s ability to breakdown the job, question every aspect, develop improved methods, and apply the new methods immediately
After Taking this course attendees should be able to:
- Understand the principles of TWI
- Be able to breakdown a job and list exactly all details of the current instruction
- Question all aspects of the current condition (5 Whys, 5W’s 1H)
- Develop (eliminate, combine, rearrange, simplify)
- Apply (sell, obtain approval, apply, credit, continue)
