This class helps set the stage for problem-solving the highest Risk Priority Numbers associated with determining the most important aspects that the team needs to focus on. Attendees will get an understanding of the advantages of driving out potential failures associated with what the customer sees as critical to their product. It also covers how to work with a team to determine the severity, occurrence, and detection ratings associated with developing the risk priority numbers. Document process steps within a value stream to decide where and when improvement makes sense. This course demonstrates how the critical few inputs affect the output of a process. FMEA is a key tool to drive down through the problem-solving funnel.
