This 4-hour course will teach you to run efficient 5S audits as well as 5S audit review meetings with your teams. We will share and discuss different audit types and review the slight differences. We will talk about the process of going to the floor and doing an audit. We will discuss different audit questions for some of the different types of audits. We will then discuss the importance of Audit reviews and go over a basic agenda for the 5S Audit review. Students will leave the class with audit examples and with key points to make their 5S Audits successful.
