A customer journey map is a diagram that illustrates the steps your customers go through in engaging with your organization. During this fun and highly interactive workshop, attendees will learn how Customer Journey Maps create a clear picture of their customers' experiences as input to product and service development. The workshop provides an overview of the principles, concepts, and structure of Customer Journey Mapping, relating the practice to essential Lean tenets such as customer-centric, team-empowerment, cross-functional, short project cycles, and continuous delivery of value to the customer. As a result, students discover the importance of aligning continuous improvement with customer needs.
